About the team

South Jersey New Construction is written and run by The JK Realty Group, the South Jersey brokerage team of John Kelly and Justin Kelly, brokered with OMNI Real Estate Professionals. John co-founded the team in 2006 and is a Broker licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Justin, an NJ Real Estate Broker-Salesperson, leads it with him as the second generation.

New construction has been the team's core work for twenty years. Between them, John and Justin have represented buyers and builders in more than 150 new construction transactions across a dozen South Jersey subdivisions, about evenly split. Justin's work runs from new construction and builder representation to minor and major subdivisions and land development, with builder relationships built alongside his father over more than a decade.

As the listing brokerage, the team has represented, listed and sold homes in eleven communities across three counties, many or most of the homes in each: Ellis Mill Estates, Wheatley Meadows and Leigh Court in Mullica Hill; Serenity Woods in Williamstown; Cade's Walk in Newfield; The Fields at West Deptford; Richwood Crossing in Glassboro; Mimosa Court in Gloucester Township; Chapel Heights and Presidential Heights II in Vineland; and The Reserve at Button Mill in Upper Deerfield. Two more, Forest Glen in Vineland and Hopewell Meadows in Hopewell Township, are Coming 2027.

The builders they have worked with include Orleans Homebuilders, D.R. Horton, Beazer Homes, CalAtlantic Homes, Vertex Properties, Pantarelli Homes and Highland Development Group, on both sides of the table: as the listing brokerage for the builder, and with buyers on the purchase side. That work continues today across the communities listed on this site.

For a builder, that means aligning with a listing brokerage and agents who understand how to list and sell new construction, and who bring the experience and proven strategies to move a portfolio of homes, large or small.

On this site that experience shows up as the listings, the model pages, the Sell Your Land page and the news briefs. When you reach out about a home or a lot here, you are talking with the same team. If you build in South Jersey, or you own land that could become homesites, you reach the same team. Figures are from The JK Realty Group's own transaction record and website, thejkrealtygroup.com. Community and builder names are as marketed. Written by Justin Kelly, NJ Real Estate Broker-Salesperson. More at The JK Realty Group.

Our take

New construction is a different deal from a resale. If you are buying, we know the steps, from lot selection and upgrades to inspections and closing. If you build or sell land to a builder, we know that side too.
