A 16-acre former Burlington County Times site proposed for redevelopment in two phases: a 60-unit, 100% affordable family rental community (3.56 acres, early design phase), then at least 125 for-sale townhomes (12.65 acres), about 5% (6-7 homes) of which would be deed-restricted affordable.
