The project
A family housing development on two parcels of 6.22 and 7.5 acres either side of Sbar Boulevard, rezoned from industrial to affordable multi-family. The approved site plan lists 150 family units and 30 affordable units.

Township's revised Fourth Round housing plan says the site is under construction, with land use approvals dated November 2023.
